Mr. Obi Augustine Chukwu has been at the forefront of Nigeria’s insurance industry since 1987. Beginning his career at Eagle Insurance Brokers, he rose through leadership roles across Fidelity Bond, United Trust Assurance, and Universal Insurance Plc. In 2008, he became Managing Director and CEO of Modern Standard, where he continues to drive innovation, transparency, and customer trust. A Chartered Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and former Port Harcourt Branch Chairman, Mr. Chukwu is widely respected for his vision and depth of industry knowledge.
